Robert Schullan has been a member of the Schaeffler KG Executive Board since January 1, 1998. He was initially responsible for Sales, Industrial and Distribution and was appointed Chairman of the Board of FAG Kugelfischer AG in Schweinfurt on March 1, 2004. In addition to this function, he has been responsible for Schaeffler Group Industrial since the integration of FAG was completed.

Robert Schullan received a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Applied Sciences (technical college) in Munich and started his career with the Schaeffler Group in the automotive engineering office in Offenbach in 1985. In 1990, he transferred to Schaeffler KG’s headquarters in Herzogenaurach where he was responsible for establishing the Eastern Europe Sales Region in the new German states until 1993. After he became the Sales Manager for OEM and Distribution in 1993, Robert Schullan focused on converting the German sales organization into an international organization.

Robert Schullan is married and has three children.
