Perspectives
While you participate in the program, we work with you to evaluate your special talents and skills with regard to the requirements of the department you would like to work in. When you complete the program, you will be ready to be assigned to a specialist position that matches your capabilities.
Given the right potential, our engineer support program also provides you with good prerequisites for your medium- and long-term development, including management positions and responsible tasks in our international organization.

Process
Within 18 months, you will be introduced to various production segments with different manufacturing technologies and will work from the very beginning on specific tasks from selected functions under professional supervision. In addition, you will gain important knowledge about our products and their applications and deal with the development and construction of production facilities for our highly efficient rolling bearing manufacturing processes.
Seminars round out the “learning by doing”.
