Have you successfully completed your studies in economics or engineering management specializing in finance and would like to put your skills into practice? If this is the case, the Schaeffler Group Finance Trainee Program is just what you are looking for. You have already gained some experience as an intern during at least two internships, ideally also abroad. You are flexible and are interested in getting to know the Finance sector of the Schaeffler Group both in Germany and abroad. In addition, you also have a good knowledge of English and IT.

As soon as you have started the program, we compare your special interests and skills with the requirements of the areas you would like to work in so that by the end of the program, you can start working as a specialist in an area that is appropriate and suited to you.
Of course, with the relevant potential you can create a foundation for your medium-term and long-term development, both in management positions and with positions involving a high level of responsibility in the international scope of our worldwide organization.
Structure
Within 22 months, you will gain detailed knowledge in various departments within our Finance sector either at headquarters or in other locations and will work from the very beginning on specific tasks from selected functions under professional supervision. In addition, you will receive the opportunity to work at one of our locations abroad.
Seminars and project work round out the “learning by doing”.
