If you are an engineer who has just graduated and have more of a general idea about which areas you would like to specialize in, but would like to try your talents and skills in specific real-life applications, then our Trainee Program is just what you need.

Perspectives

While you participate in the program, we work with you to evaluate your special talents and skills with regard to the requirements of the department you would like to work in. When you complete the program, you will be ready to be assigned to a specialist position that matches your capabilities.

Given the right potential, our engineer support program also provides you with good prerequisites for your medium- and long-term development, including management positions and responsible tasks in our international organization.

Process

Over a 21-month period, you acquire product knowledge, knowledge of product characteristics and applications. From the start, you work on specific tasks in selected departments under supervision, primarily in development and testing. In addition, you become familiar with our manufacturing departments and specific manufacturing technologies, and you start working with our customers and their requirements.

You attend seminars to round off “learning by doing.”

The table below is an example of the Trainee Program that is of course adapted to an employee’s interests and our current requirements on a case-by-case basis.

Goals

• Acquire skills and expertise about the design and application of our rolling bearing products
• Targeted development of job and personal skills to prepare the employee for working on qualified engineering tasks in application engineering support for rolling bearings in defined sectors
• Create a basis for medium-term assignments in external sales, domestically or abroad based on your interests
• Establish networks with all relevant contact persons within our group of companies
